This spring, Sweego made its debut in the G2 Grid® for transactional email. For the Summer 2026 edition, we’re reaching a new milestone: Sweego is now recognized across three separate categories — Transactional Email, Email Deliverability, and Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) — and earns a new Best Support badge on the Relationship Index.

In Spring 2026, Sweego appeared in a single category (Transactional Email, 3 reports). In Summer 2026, we’re present across three categories and a new report type, the Relationship Index:

In this report, users rate Quality of Support at 100% and recommend Sweego at a rate of 98%.
Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) — High Performer. CPaaS covers platforms that expose communication features (email, SMS, verification) to developers via API. That’s exactly Sweego’s positioning: a unified email and SMS API built for technical teams.
